Supreme Court of Tajikistan and the World Intellectual Property Organization sign cooperation memorandum

According to the Supreme Court of Tajikistan, a memorandum of cooperation was signed on 13 October 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland, between the Supreme Court of Tajikistan and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

The memorandum is intended to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, improve judges’ professional skills, use advanced international experience and introduce modern approaches to handling cases and disputes related to intellectual property.
