From e-services to e-government: a new stage of state reform
Khovar reports that rapid digital development is changing the relationship between the state and society, with technology being used to improve public services.
DUSHANBE, 15-10-2026 /AMIT "Khovar"/. In the conditions of rapid growth in digital technologies, relations between the state and society are gradually taking on new content and form.
The report says that the use of technological tools is aimed not only at improving the work of state bodies, but also at raising the quality of services, simplifying administrative procedures and ensuring citizens' access to public services.
