Exchange rate: 1 Russian rouble set at 0.1126 somoni

On 2026-10-22, the National Bank of Tajikistan set the official foreign exchange rates against the somoni. According to the notice, 1 US dollar is 9.2261 somoni, 1 euro is 10.3355 somoni and 1 Russian rouble is 0.1126 somoni.
Dushanbe, 2026-10-22 /NIAT "Khovar"/. The National Bank of Tajikistan set the following foreign exchange rates against the somoni today: 1 US dollar - 9.2261 somoni, 1 euro - 10.3355 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble - 0.1126 somoni.
The average retail cash-sale exchange rates at Tajik credit institutions were also set for today as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1500 to 9.2261 somoni, 1 euro from 10.1500 to 10.3355 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble from 0.1030 to 0.1126 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan warns that foreign exchange transactions outside the head office, branch, banking service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and any breach of this requirement by private individuals is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
