Summary and context

The memorandum was signed in Dushanbe on 18 October 2026 during talks between Kokhir Rasulzoda and Li Qiang.

A memorandum of understanding on cooperation in vocational education was signed between the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

The document was signed on 18 October 2026 in Dushanbe during a meeting between Tajik Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda and Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, who is on an official visit to Tajikistan.
