Tajikistan strengthens industrial cooperation with Iran’s Khorasan Razavi Province

On the sidelines of the International Investment Forum “Khatlon Invest - 2026”, held on 22-23 October 2026 in the administrative centre of Khatlon Region, Bokhtar, Tajikistan’s Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir met Gholamhossein Movaffari, Governor of Iran’s Khorasan Razavi Province.
The meeting discussed ways to develop industrial cooperation. The two sides considered using industrial potential in mining, pharmaceutical production, industrial parks, textiles and the food industry.
Khovar, citing Tajikistan’s Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, reported that the talks took place within the framework of the International Investment Forum “Khatlon Invest - 2026”.
