Exchange rates: 1 euro set at 10.1500 to 10.3281 somoni

The National Bank of Tajikistan today announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies and the range for their cash sale. According to the notice, 1 US dollar is set at 9.2240 somoni, 1 euro at 10.3281 somoni and 1 Russian rouble at 0.1144 somoni.
DUSHANBE, 27.10.2026 /AMIT “Khovar”/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set the rates of foreign currencies against the somoni, Tajikistan's national currency, as follows: 1 US dollar — 9.2240 somoni; 1 euro — 10.3281 somoni; 1 Russian rouble — 0.1144 somoni.
The bank also set the average cash sale rates for foreign currency at Tajik credit institutions as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1500 to 9.2240 somoni; 1 euro from 10.1500 to 10.3281 somoni; 1 Russian rouble from 0.1040 to 0.1144 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that exchange transactions carried out outside the head office, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
