Today’s Khovar calendar notes several events of 31 October, including visits and activities by Emomali Rahmon, diplomatic meetings and international observances.
On 31 October 2011, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, travelled to Shamsiddin Shohin district in Khatlon region to launch construction of a new road bridge between Tajikistan and Afghanistan.
On the same date in 2013, the Concept of Criminal Law Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan was approved, and the first phase of the innovative “Safe City” project for Dushanbe was officially launched.
