Khovar’s 25 September calendar note lists events linked to Emomali Rahmon, international meetings, and historical anniversaries.
On 25 September 2008 in the United States, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, addressed a special high-level meeting on the topic of “Water and sanitation for all”. On the same day, he met with the Director-General of UNESCO, the Prince of the Netherlands and the US Deputy Secretary of State.
