Matteo Patrone: ‘The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is implementing various projects in Tajikistan in the energy and private sectors’

On 27 October 2026 at the Palace of Nations, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, received Matteo Patrone, Vice-President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

A press conference was held after the meeting with Matteo Patrone. He said that during the meeting with the President of Tajikistan, they discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation and implement projects in various sectors of the country's economy.
