Commentary on the President of the Republic of Tajikistan's Decree declaring tulip and siyohgush national flowers

The commentary says that tulip and siyohgush, meaning snowdrop, have been declared national flowers in order to respect Tajikistan's historical and cultural heritage, protect nature and raise the population's environmental culture.

It also states that during the period of state independence, thanks to the policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, national and cultural values of the Tajik people were revived and gained recognition at the international level.
