DUSHANBE, 2026-10-22 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Within the implementation of the “Concept for Reforming the Healthcare Sector of the Republic of Tajikistan”, more than 1,200 state and private medical institutions are operating in Sughd Region, and the total number of treatment beds has reached 16,000.
The region continues to pay close attention to protecting public health, and notable work has been completed to implement state strategies and the “Millennium Development Goals in the healthcare sector”.
