Expanded squad announced for Tajikistan’s football team for the King’s Cup 2026

Tajikistan’s coaching staff, led by Igor Angelovskiy, has announced an expanded squad for the international King’s Cup 2026. The tournament will be held from 2026-11-14 to 2026-11-19 in Sisaket, Thailand.
According to Khovar and the Tajik Football Federation on 2026-10-28, the expanded Tajikistan squad includes 37 players: 4 goalkeepers, 13 defenders, 13 midfielders and 7 forwards. Twenty-four players will be selected for the final team list.
In the semi-finals of the King’s Cup 2026, Tajikistan will face Oman. The other semi-final will be between Thailand and Brunei. The semi-final matches are scheduled for 2026-11-14 at Sisaket Provincial Stadium.
The winners of the semi-finals will advance to the final, while the losing teams will play for third place. The decisive matches of the King’s Cup 2026 are set for 2026-11-17.
