International investment forum “Khatlon Invest - 2026” to be held in Bokhtar tomorrow

Khovar reported on 2026-10-21 that the forum is expected to bring together representatives of the Government of Tajikistan, state ministries and agencies, international financial organisations, development partners, domestic and foreign investment companies, and business circles.

The forum’s main aim is to present Khatlon Region’s investment opportunities, attract domestic and foreign capital, develop economic and trade cooperation, and create a favourable basis for new investment projects. The programme includes an exhibition of agricultural, industrial and handicraft products, three sectoral panels, B2B meetings, and the signing of cooperation documents and investment agreements.

On the second day, 23 October, participants are due to travel to Norak and attend the “Anor” Festival. A visit to the Danghara Free Economic Zone is also planned at the guests’ request.
