On 16 September 2026 in Seoul, as part of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, to the Republic of Korea, high-level meetings and talks between Tajikistan and Korea took place.
At the meeting between the heads of state, Emomali Rahmon and Lee Jae-myung discussed issues related to strengthening, expanding and developing relations of cooperation.
