Habibullo Vohidzoda attends 36th meeting of the CIS Coordination Council of Prosecutors General

On 2026-09-30, a delegation of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan led by Prosecutor General Habibullo Vohidzoda took part in the 36th meeting of the Coordination Council of Prosecutors General of CIS member states. The meeting was held in Kazan, Russia, under the chairmanship of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

Delegations from the prosecutor general's offices of Azerbaijan, Armenia by video conference, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan also attended. Participants discussed the identification, seizure and return of illegally obtained funds, mechanisms for non-criminal anti-corruption investigations, the use of secure digital communication channels, and measures to prevent extremism and terrorism. At the end of the meeting, a cooperation agreement between the prosecutor general's offices of CIS member states in the field of counter-terrorism and counter-extremism was signed.
