Tajikistan and Seychelles sign visa waiver agreement
On 23 September 2026 in New York, the Government of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles signed an agreement exempting holders of valid diplomatic, service, official and ordinary foreign passports from visa requirements for short stays.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the President of the Republic of Seychelles, Patrick Herminie. It was signed on behalf of Tajikistan by Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin and on behalf of Seychelles by Foreign Minister and Minister for Diaspora Affairs Barry Gee Jean Fohr.
