Rudaki district holds festive event for orphaned children and teenagers

Rudaki, 2026-09-20 /Khovar/. To mark the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, a festive event was held in Rudaki district for orphaned children. According to the district administration, the event was held under the humanitarian and orphan-support policy of Emomali Rahmon.

At the gathering, a festive table was laid for 70 orphaned children, and each received 1,000 somoni, commemorative gifts and school supplies. District officials said that caring for orphans and children without parental care, and creating favourable conditions for their education and upbringing, are important priorities of the state's social policy.
