Emomali Rahmon visits CIS national food festival and product exhibition in Turkmenistan

On 8 October 2026, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, visited the Festival of national dishes, folk crafts and the exhibition of industrial and agricultural products of the countries in the Avaza national tourist zone of Turkmenistan together with other heads of state taking part in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The Tajikistan pavilion, with national and traditional dishes of the Tajik people, a distinctive national table setting, a variety of folk crafts and other natural products of Tajikistan, drew the attention of festival participants.
