Memorandum of understanding signed between the Supreme Court of Tajikistan and the World Intellectual Property Organization

On 13 October 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Intellectual Property Organization signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation. The Supreme Court of Tajikistan told Khovar about the signing.

The memorandum is aimed at developing mutually beneficial cooperation, improving judges' qualifications, studying and using advanced international experience, and applying modern approaches in the consideration of cases and disputes related to intellectual property. The report says that reliable protection of intellectual property rights is especially important amid growing economic relations and the expansion of innovative processes.
