Exchange rates: 1 US dollar set between 9.1800 and 9.2523 somoni

Dushanbe, 15.09.2026 /NIAT Khovar/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set the following foreign exchange rates against the somoni, the national currency of Tajikistan: 1 US dollar - 9.2523 somoni; 1 euro - 10.6855 somoni; 1 Russian rouble - 0.1094 somoni.

It also set the average cash selling rates for foreign currency in Tajikistan’s credit institutions as follows: 1 US dollar - from 9.1800 to 9.2523 somoni; 1 euro - from 10.4500 to 10.6855 somoni; 1 Russian rouble - from 0.1030 to 0.1094 somoni.

The National Bank of Tajikistan warns that carrying out exchange operations outside the head office, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals is strictly prohibited, and failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
