Emomali Rahmon lays foundation stone for two-level flyovers and reconstruction of a road bridge on Saadi Sherozi Avenue in Dushanbe

According to Khovar, on 27 October 2026 the President of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali, took part in the ceremony marking the start of these construction works. The projects cover three two-level roads on Saadi Sherozi Avenue and the reconstruction of the road bridge over the Dushanbe River.

The report says the works are being carried out within the framework of Dushanbe’s master plan and on the basis of the Saadi Sherozi Avenue reconstruction project. The aim is to create modern infrastructure and communication conditions in the near future.
