In the first 9 months of this year, 10734 land-law violations were detected in Tajikistan, and 7136 of them were resolved on the spot.
DUSHANBE, 18.10.2026 /Khovar/. In the first 9 months of this year, 10734 cases of violations of land legislation were detected in Tajikistan.
According to the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan, 9492 instructions were issued by its subordinate bodies to remedy the identified violations, administrative cases were drawn up in relation to 9573 cases, and 529 materials were sent to the Enforcement Service.
Of the 10734 cases of violations of land legislation, 7136 were resolved on the spot.
