Emomali Rahmon commissions new education department building in Rudaki district

On 19 October 2026, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, visited Rudaki district to review the economic and social situation, inaugurate several new facilities and meet local residents.

At the start of the visit, the Head of State commissioned the new building of the Rudaki district education department. The facility was built as part of development measures ahead of the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's State Independence and comprises 35 offices, a meeting hall with 182 seats, a library, a canteen and a guesthouse.

The new building has been equipped with all necessary conditions and modern facilities for staff to work effectively. The report says such construction supports the education sector's infrastructure and helps improve the quality of teaching and upbringing.
