Li Qiang said in Dushanbe that China is ready to advance high-quality cooperation with Tajikistan under the Belt and Road Initiative.
The Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Li Qiang, made the remarks on 18 October in Dushanbe during talks with Tajik Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda. According to Xinhua, he said China intends to strengthen alignment of development strategies with the Tajik side.
He also pointed to deeper cooperation in trade and investment, green minerals, connectivity, clean energy and artificial intelligence, so that mutual benefit and shared gains can be achieved more effectively.
