Memorandum of Understanding signed between Tajikistan’s State Service Agency and South Korea’s Ministry of Personnel Management
On 16 September 2026, during the official visit of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon to the Republic of Korea, a memorandum of understanding on public service was signed.
According to Khovar, the document was signed between the State Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea. The memorandum sets out the form and areas of cooperation in human resources management in the public service.
Its aim is to strengthen and maintain an effective and efficient public service. The report was published on 17.09.2026.
