Iranian deputy culture minister visits National Museum to learn about ancient Tajik civilisation

As part of the XIV International Dushanbe Book Exhibition, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohsen Javadi, visited the National Museum of Tajikistan to learn about the country's ancient history, ancient civilisation and rich historical and cultural heritage.

Mohsen Javadi toured the museum's exhibition halls and became acquainted with rare exhibits, valuable archaeological finds, outstanding examples of visual and decorative applied arts, folk crafts and other historical and cultural monuments of the Tajik people. He was also given detailed information on the origin of the exhibits, their scientific and cultural value, and the key stages in the formation of Tajik statehood.
