Dushanbe delegation visits China's Hainan Province to develop tourism cooperation

According to Khovar, a delegation from Dushanbe travelled from 7 to 17 October, on the instructions of Dushanbe Mayor Rustami Emomali, to Qingdao, Xiamen, Hainan Province and Chengdu in the People's Republic of China in order to expand practical sister-city cooperation.

As part of the trip, the delegation stayed in Hainan Province from 12 to 14 October 2026 and became acquainted with the leading experience of its capital, Haikou, in developing cultural, leisure and medical tourism, as well as improving services.
