Rustami Emomali meets Speaker of Turkmenistan's Mejlis in Dushanbe
Rustami Emomali, Chairman of the Majlisi milli of the Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan and chairman of Dushanbe, met in Dushanbe with Dunyagozel Gulmanova, Speaker of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. The sides discussed inter-parliamentary cooperation and the state of friendly and strategic relations between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
On 28 October 2026 in Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali, Chairman of the Majlisi milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and chairman of Dushanbe, met with Dunyagozel Gulmanova, Speaker of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. She was in Tajikistan to take part in the Fourth Inter-Parliamentary Forum of Central Asian States.
The meeting covered the current state and prospects of the friendly relations and strategic partnership between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, including the expansion of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
