Rustami Emomali meets Chairwoman of the Turkmenistan Mejlis in Dushanbe

According to Khovar, on 28 October 2026 in Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali, Chairman of the National Council of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe, met Dunyagozel Gulmanova, Chairwoman of the Turkmenistan Mejlis.

Gulmanova is in Tajikistan to take part in the Fourth Inter-Parliamentary Forum of Central Asian states. The talks covered the current state and prospects for developing friendly relations and strategic partnership between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, including the expansion of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
