Explanation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan's decree on celebrating the 40th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan

The explanation published on the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, titled "On celebrating the 40th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan", states that the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, has identified national self-awareness, respect for and protection of national sacred values, including independence and freedom, as well as the course of nation-building and state-building, as the key priorities of state and government policy.
