EXCHANGE RATE: 1 Russian rouble set at 0.1020 to 0.1098 somoni

The National Bank of Tajikistan set official foreign-exchange rates against the somoni on 2026-09-14. A cash-sale range was also announced for the Russian rouble and other currencies.
DUSHANBE, 14.09.2026 /Khovar News Agency/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set foreign-exchange rates against the somoni, the national currency of Tajikistan, as follows: 1 US dollar - 9.2521 somoni; 1 euro - 10.7278 somoni; 1 Russian rouble - 0.1098 somoni.
It also set the average cash-sale rate for foreign currency at institutions of Tajik credit organisations as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1800 to 9.2521 somoni; 1 euro from 10.4500 to 10.7278 somoni; 1 Russian rouble from 0.1020 to 0.1098 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan warns that exchange operations outside the head office, branches, banking service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
