Exchange rates: 1 Russian rouble set between 0.1010 and 0.1094 somoni

On 2026-09-16 in Dushanbe, the National Bank of Tajikistan set foreign-exchange rates against the somoni as follows: 1 US dollar = 9.2453 somoni, 1 euro = 10.6709 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble = 0.1094 somoni.

The bank also announced the average cash-selling rates used by institutions of Tajikistan's credit organisations: 1 US dollar from 9.1800 to 9.2453 somoni, 1 euro from 10.4500 to 10.6709 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble from 0.1010 to 0.1094 somoni.

The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that foreign-exchange transactions carried out outside a head office, branch, banking service centre, money transfer point, ATM or terminal are strictly prohibited and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
