Timur Yoribek: “The International Textile Forum is meant to show Tajikistan’s industrial potential”

DUSHANBE, 2026-09-23 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Timur Yoribek, head of the International Relations Department at the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, said during the International Textile Forum “Tajikistan-2026” that holding international sectoral forums is part of work to attract investment, new companies and international financial institutions to Tajikistan’s industrial sector. He said five such events are planned this year, each focused on a separate area of industry. Yoribek added that the textile forum is intended to show foreign partners Tajikistan’s capabilities in the production and processing of textile products.
