Exchange rates: 1 Russian rouble set at 0.0990 to 0.1100 somoni

Dushanbe, 2026-10-16 / Khovar News Agency/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set the foreign-currency rates against the somoni, Tajikistan's national currency, as follows: 1 US dollar - 9.2361 somoni, 1 euro - 10.3611 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble - 0.1100 somoni.

It also set the average cash-selling rates for foreign currency at Tajikistan's credit institutions as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1600 to 9.2361 somoni, 1 euro from 10.1500 to 10.3611 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble from 0.0990 to 0.1100 somoni.

The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that exchange operations carried out outside the head office, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure to comply may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
