Major reconstruction of Dushanbe's road infrastructure
In Dushanbe, construction of an overpass and a road bridge on Saadi Sherozi Avenue will begin by the end of this year.
According to Khovar, the relevant contractual agreement was signed on 13 October 2026 between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, a consortium led by Tadzhikgidroelektromontazh JSC and the Chinese company Heze Urban Construction Engineering Development Group Co., Ltd (HUCG), as well as the Dushanbe road reconstruction project implementation group.
The report says work on the overpass and road bridge on Saadi Sherozi Avenue in Dushanbe is scheduled to begin before the end of the current year.
