Emomali Rahmon opens additional building of Sughd regional children’s clinical hospital in Khujand

According to Khovar, on 2026-09-20 the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, during a working visit to the cities and districts of Sughd Region, put an additional building of the Sughd regional children’s clinical hospital into service in Khujand.

The facility has 7 floors and a total area of 3,204 square metres. The hospital is designed to receive and treat 200 people at the same time, and new specialist departments and support rooms have been created.

The source says these new facilities significantly improve the quality of services for people in need.
