Representatives of Tajikistan's Supreme Court took part in an international judges' forum on intellectual property

An international judges' forum on intellectual property was held in Geneva on 14 and 15 October 2026, and a delegation from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan took part.
DUSHANBE, 16.10.2026 /NIAT "Khovar"/. On 14-15 October 2026, the International Judges' Forum on Intellectual Property was held in Geneva, in the Swiss Confederation. A delegation from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan took part in the forum.
The forum discussed the application of legal norms and the handling of intellectual property cases, leading international practice, different judicial approaches in the legal systems of various countries, and ways to strengthen professional dialogue among judges.
It was noted that the forum is an important international platform for strengthening professional cooperation and the exchange of judicial experience in the field of intellectual property. The participation of the Tajik Supreme Court delegation is important for studying global experience and strengthening judges' professional capacity.
