11 September: Emomali Rahmon on working visit to Rasht district
The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, arrived in Rasht district for the inauguration of a number of facilities, meetings with residents and participation in celebrations marking 35 years of state independence.
On 11 September, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Mr Emomali Rahmon, arrived on a working visit to Rasht district with the aim of opening a number of facilities of various purposes in the Rasht Valley districts, holding talks and meetings with the population, and taking part in festive events ahead of the 35th anniversary of state independence.
This is an official notice about the president's working trip to the district and the planned programme of openings and public meetings.
