Rain expected in some areas of Tajikistan today

28-10-2026 / Khovar, citing the Hydrometeorology Agency, reported that cloudy weather is forecast for Tajikistan's cities and districts today, with rain in some areas.

In the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, changeable weather is forecast, with short-term rain in some western districts. Rain and snow are expected in the east of the region. West winds of 4-9 metres per second are forecast, with gusts of 10-15 metres per second in some districts. Temperatures in the west of the region will be 1-6 degrees Celsius at night, 8-10 degrees in some districts, and 13-18 degrees Celsius during the day; in the east, temperatures will be -5 to -10 degrees at night and 1-6 degrees Celsius during the day.

Cloudy weather, short-term rain, west winds and local dust are also forecast for Sughd Region, Khatlon Region, districts under republican administration, and Dushanbe. In Dushanbe, the temperature will be 9-11 degrees Celsius at night and 18-20 degrees Celsius during the day.
