Tajikistan’s cooperation with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development discussed

Dushanbe, 2026-09-25, in Kuwait, Khusrav Naziri, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait, met Rashid Al-Badr, acting director general of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

According to the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the State of Kuwait, the meeting reviewed the current state and prospects of cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. Particular attention was given to attracting financing for the implementation of social and economic, infrastructure, energy, transport and other priority sectors of Tajikistan’s economy.

The two sides also exchanged views on expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, designing new development projects and continuing working contacts. They expressed readiness to further strengthen cooperation between Tajikistan and the Fund.
