This calendar note lists events marked for 15 September, international observances and several historical items. It also recalls a number of events involving Emomali Rahmon and a meeting by Rustami Emomali in Dushanbe.
On 15 September 2009, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, signed a decree declaring 2010 the Year of Education and Technical Culture.
The note also mentions the 2015 meeting of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO at the Palace of the Nation and the 2023 meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the founding countries of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea. The 2025 items include Emomali Rahmon's meetings in Doha and Rustami Emomali's meeting and talks in Dushanbe with Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu.
