Exchange rates: 1 euro set at 10.0500 to 10.3393 somoni

On 2026-10-14, the National Bank of Tajikistan announced the official rates for the dollar, euro and Russian rouble against the somoni, plus the cash-selling range.
DUSHANBE, 2026-10-14 /AMIT 'Khovar'/. The National Bank of Tajikistan set foreign exchange rates against the somoni today as follows: 1 US dollar — 9.2414 somoni, 1 euro — 10.3393 somoni and 1 Russian rouble — 0.1103 somoni.
It also set the average cash-sale range for foreign currency in the institutions of Tajikistan's credit organisations today as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1600 to 9.2414 somoni, 1 euro from 10.0500 to 10.3393 somoni and 1 Russian rouble from 0.0990 to 0.1103 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that exchange operations carried out outside head offices, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
