Tajikistan and Egypt discuss cooperation in digital technology

20.10.2026 /Amit "Khovar"/. Tajikistan's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Egypt, Parviz Mirzozoda, became acquainted with the work of Egypt Smart Village and met with Adil Danish, chairman of Silicon Waha, one of the major companies in the digital technology sector.

According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Egypt, the two sides considered it useful to expand Tajikistan-Egypt cooperation in digital technology through arranging bilateral visits, learning about each other's capabilities, and studying Egypt's more than 25 years of experience in this field.

The ambassador, presenting Tajikistan's capabilities and strong interest in developing digital technology, as well as incentives for foreign investors in this sector, invited companies operating in Egypt's major technology park to cooperate with Tajikistan. Adil Danish also expressed readiness to take part in the International Artificial Intelligence Conference in Dushanbe.
