EXCHANGE RATES: 1 euro set between 10.0500 and 10.3276 somoni

The National Bank of Tajikistan announced official foreign exchange rates for 2026-10-09. It also published the cash-sale range for foreign currency at credit institutions in the country.
Dushanbe, 2026-10-09 / Khovar News Agency/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set the foreign exchange rates against the somoni as follows: 1 US dollar = 9.2384 somoni, 1 euro = 10.3276 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble = 0.1081 somoni.
It also announced the average cash-sale rate for foreign currency at Tajik credit institutions as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1600 to 9.2384 somoni, 1 euro from 10.0500 to 10.3276 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble from 0.0990 to 0.1081 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan said exchange operations outside the head office, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure to comply may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
