Tajikistan and Kuwait discuss cooperation in culture

In Kuwait on 2026-10-26, Khusraw Noziri, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait, met Dr Muhammad Khalid Al-Jassar, Secretary-General of the State of Kuwait's National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters.

The two sides discussed ways to strengthen cultural ties and new areas of cooperation between the two countries. They also noted the success of the Tajikistan-Kuwait Days of Culture and the value of continuing such cultural exchanges.

Both sides said that translating and publishing each other's literary works, preserving historical and cultural heritage, and promoting music and traditional arts were important. They reaffirmed their shared readiness to strengthen friendship and broaden cultural cooperation.
