EXCHANGE RATES: 1 Russian rouble set from 0.1000 to 0.1085 somoni

On 2026-09-25, the National Bank of Tajikistan announced official foreign exchange rates against the somoni. It said 1 US dollar is set at 9.2303 somoni, 1 euro at 10.4995 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble at 0.1085 somoni.
DUSHANBE, 25.09.2026 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The National Bank of Tajikistan set today’s foreign exchange rates against the somoni, the national currency of Tajikistan, as follows: 1 US dollar = 9.2303 somoni, 1 euro = 10.4995 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble = 0.1085 somoni.
The average retail selling rates for cash foreign currency at institutions of Tajikistan’s credit organisations were also set as follows: 1 US dollar from 9.1800 to 9.2303 somoni, 1 euro from 10.2000 to 10.4995 somoni, and 1 Russian rouble from 0.1000 to 0.1085 somoni.
The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that exchange transactions outside the head office, branch offices, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited, and failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is regarded as an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
