Representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan took part in the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Science and Technology Centre in Yerevan

An 83rd meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Science and Technology Centre was held in Yerevan with Tajik Academy representatives present, and financial and strategic issues were discussed.
DUSHANBE, 2026-10-24 /Khovar/. On 2026-10-21 to 2026-10-22, the 83rd meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Science and Technology Centre was held in Yerevan, Armenia, with representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in attendance.
According to Khovar, citing the National Academy of Sciences, the meeting reviewed implementation of the strategic roadmap and priorities of the International Science and Technology Centre for 2027, execution of the 2026 budget, the budget and state contributions for 2027, the financial outlook for 2028, and other matters. Participants also discussed project implementation and the results of assessment of submissions to the 2026 open call.
Deputy President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Saidmuqim Ibodzoda underlined the importance of Tajikistan's cooperation with the International Science and Technology Centre. He also held meetings with the leadership and officials of the centre's headquarters, as well as with representatives of scientific institutions from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, the United States and the European Union.
