Access to primary health care for residents of remote areas discussed

The meeting considered the formation of mobile medical teams, the scope of their coverage, staffing, the use of necessary equipment, medicine supplies, coordination with existing health institutions and monitoring of results.

Participants also discussed ways to improve the draft concept and the prospects for introducing mobile services in areas in need. It was noted that protecting public health and ensuring equal access to medical care are among the priorities of Tajikistan's social policy.
