Amendments made to several laws at the latest session

At the latest sitting of the third session of the House of Representatives, several bills and amendments were reviewed and the relevant decisions adopted.
Dushanbe, 2026-10-21, the regular sitting of the third session of the seventh convocation of the House of Representatives of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan was held under the chairmanship of Fayzali Idizoda.
The sitting reviewed the First Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons for the Purpose of Further Serving Their Sentence, together with draft laws on official statistics, the Water Code, the Health Code, the Housing Code, international commercial arbitration, charitable activity, trade marks and service marks, support for entrepreneurship, social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster, state social insurance, public associations, standardisation, coal and courier communication.
