Безопасность искусственного интеллекта и перспективы его развития в Таджикистане; специалист разъясняет тему

Dushanbe, 2026-09-15 /Khovar/ — A Tajik specialist discusses security, data governance and phased deployment of artificial intelligence in state bodies, highlighting international standards and the need for a national AI security ecosystem.
Dushanbe, 2026-09-15 /Khovar/ — The article examines Tajikistan's digital-economy priorities, cybersecurity issues and the protection of data used in artificial intelligence systems. The author argues that public-sector AI should be introduced with data minimisation, purpose limitation, access control, encryption, logging and auditability.
It also presents a staged model for the use of AI in cybersecurity: analytical, lower-risk applications first, then managed automation, and later AI agents in a Security Operations Center. The text refers to a future national AI security ecosystem and to standards such as ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
Citing Tajikistan's UN initiatives, including the 25 July 2025 resolution on the role of AI in creating new opportunities for sustainable development in Central Asia and the 31 August 2026 resolution declaring 31 August International Safe, Secure and Trustworthy AI Day from 2027, the report says the Regional AI Center in Dushanbe may become a regional hub for knowledge, research and cooperation.
